As a Lead Game Designer on Idle Space Station, I led a diverse team of four, fostering collaboration across time zones and cultures.
Took over ISS during Alpha and successfully launched it globally after several tests, A/B testing, and iterations.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting the game's vision by aligning elements with the strategic goals of the company and team capabilities.
Working with design and product to pitch and greenlight feature development.
Providing the team feedback and managing tasks via JIRA. Coordination with other teams - marketing, data, and UA to successfully release and monitor features.
This experience enhanced my leadership and communication skills while highlighting the value of diverse perspectives when working in a team.

Working within the constraints of Snapchat and AR to create simple & rich multiplayer experiences
Key Achievements:
Ghost phone was the launch title for Snap’s Spectacles
It set a DAU all-time high record among all games on Snapchat upon launch
Designed simple and effective UX for voting on outfits while providing feedback to players on the outcome of their choice, which was patented by Snap (US29/764,742)
Responsible for the game's economy balancing and progression
Game brainstorming and prototyping with cross-functional teams involving marketing, product, and engineering

WWE Champions is Scopely's hit Match-3 action RPG game. With over 100+ fully licensed WWE Superstars, its one of the most WWE games ever!
Led one of three design pods, focusing on feature development.
Key achievements in feature design:
New end game focused progression features to improve revenue KPIs.
Revamped user experience to broaden the top funnel and improve retention KPIs.
Redesigned a PVP feature for better matchmaking and ELO-based ranking.
Contributed to the launch of WWE Champions 2020, a revamped product with enhanced visuals, new progression system and more.
Created internal tools to assist Live Ops managers in deploying recurring events efficiently.
